TAKTES

About the performance: “TAKTES” is a dance performance of family consisting of 4 people. The Lipori family performs about living together, separation, family ties, individual aspirations and existence in the modern world.

Family dance performance "TAKTES" shows raw and realistic relationship scenes between mother, father, daughter and brother. Constantly changing focus to different characters highlighting their individuality. Mixing personal moments with family unity. Family communicates through joy, jokes and laugh that reveals not only fun side of living together but also the sarcastic reality that can vary in perceptions of each person.

• Lipori family: father - Edgars, an actor; mother - Lilija, a dance artist, choreographer; daughter - Arta, a violinist, son - Dzintars, an actor.
• Premiere at the LAIKS DEJOT festival in 2025.
